Troubleshooting Common Issues

What should I do if I forget my password?

You can solve this issue by following these steps:

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
3. Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to reset your password.

Or if you are already logged in, you can simply:

1. Go to your account settings.
2. Scroll until you see the "Change Password" section.
3. Fill out the necessary information, then click Save Changes.

I have trouble uploading documents.

To solve this issue:

1. Make sure that you are uploading the right type of documents. If you are asked to upload a photo, make sure you're uploading a file with an extension of .png, .jpeg, or .jpg.
2. Make sure that the size of the file meets the required maximum size by PawsConnect.
3. If the issue persist, try clearing browser cache or switching to a different browser.
